Frequently Ask Questions

GIVING TO MONTANA STATE

Private philanthropy is critical to ensure that Montana State remains healthy, strong, and competitive. Gifts large and small come together to provide essential funding for students, faculty and projects across the entire campus community. Your gift allows us to continue fulfilling our land-grant mission to integrate education, creation of knowledge and art and service to communities.

Can I give to any area of the university?
Yes. From your college or department to athletics or your favorite student group, you can make your gift to the area of MSU that is most meaningful to you.

What if I have already made a gift to Montana State this year?
You can give as often, as much or as little as you’d like. We welcome all gifts and appreciate all givers! You will receive a gift receipt and acknowledgement for each gift you give.
